Thank you all for joining us on the mat in our hall over the last 2 years. It has truly been an amazing time!!. With the recent events surrounding the Covid-19 virus, we feel that it is safer to close our doors until things return to normal.
I feel it is only right that we don’t add to the spread of this virus, this wasn’t an easy decision. I am in the belief that this isn’t as serious as some are suggesting, but i would rather take the precaution like everybody else has. I would rather close and be wrong than stay open and be wrong. 
This will inevitably give us all time to readjust, take a step back, recharge and focus on what lies ahead.

Currently, it’s hard to plan ahead as everything is up in the air (so to speak) I have a few ideas floating around my head, but until things settle down, it’s not worth spending too much effort on.

Please feel free to reply if you have any questions or even suggestions of how we can move forward, I would love to hear from you.

We will all get through this together, I suggest we rest as much as possible, get good nutrition, boost our immune systems and try to stay level headed throughout what is likely going to be a tough few weeks/months ahead! I genuinely feel that a huge amount of positive things will come out from all of this.

Last Sunday Gong Bath has partially funded a new carpet and a few new heaters. Hopefully, the village hall will be that bit more like home from home as we head into the colder months……..
